Absolutely world class. Lopresti and Everyone on the team is professional, communicative, and they really care for their patients. Provided great feedback and encouragement through the painful portions of the FUE surgery. It takes 5-6 hours but they are super helpful throughout. I had a tough initial reaction to the numbing medicine but that was the worst of it. Im very excited to see the results in a few months! Worth the extra dollars for the complex surgeries they have mastered. Marie was a helpful consultant though a bit hard to get in contact with. Free consultations and flexible scheduling at their various locations. Would recommend!

Entire staff is extremely welcoming and professional. Dr. Lopresti was very reassuring and explained every facet of the process in detail . The follow up care has been outstanding and my results after only 7 months has exceeded expectations.

Got scammed by these people a few months ago. Had made a deposit for PRP, and the day of the appt there was an accident on the highway that could not have been foreseen in any way shape or form since I can't predict the future, it was easily verifiable online, caused a massive number to number traffic jam and they did nothing to try and reschedule without charging me yet ANOTHER deposit and losing the $500 I had already put down. Check this out though: made another appointment at Regeneris Medical & New England hair restoration, told them what happened and they were genuinely appalled by it. This place does the same "A-cell" technology that Leonard uses and they told that they straight up LIED to me, as there is no "short shelf life" to it (it was one of their excuses as to why it needed to be rescheduled and I lost my deposit, this new place doesn't even take a deposit! Plus, the very nice man at this place explained that is NOT true as the "A-cell" tech is added right before it needs to be used so there's no issues there, not only that but they tried to NOT push me into PRP and a 3k light cap, instead, simply a pill for now as it seemed like the best course of action as opposed to making me spending 6 grand in a year and instead only spent less than 100 bucks for 6 months of a prescription that would help all the same while the guy at Leonard hair tried to push the most expensive thing possible. Go to this New England hair and regeneris as opposed to these scam artists, it's a better facility and they also have more staff in place to help. They will give you honest opinions, not push you into stuff you don't need, don't require a deposit and they treat you much better. Leonard is popular because they have celebrity clients but this other place does all the exact same things and is much more in your corner then these guys.

I met Dr. Lopresti through Dr. Leonard. Dr. Leonard retired and performed hair transplant on me four times since 2001. I just had my 5th or 6th hair transplant with Dr. Lopresti. Dr. Lopresti did an amazing job in transplanting. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. He responded to my inquiry right away. No matter what. The wholteam is great. Jen is fantastic. Electing to have an FUE procedure was not a simple, or inexpensive decision, but I have absolutely no regrets with my choice. Dr. Lopresti and his team did an outstanding job from first consultation through my on-going follow ups. I highly recommend his practice!

Update: I had to have the surgery redone. 1,200 more grafts in the front and 1,200 grafts in the crown. To anyone considering a hair transplant, I recommend going to a clinic with per-graft pricing so you know you get your money's worth. This clinic got me for almost $17K and did less than 1,500 grafts. One more thing I need to add about this clinic now that I have a second experience to compare it to. His assistants did all of the graft placement, the last step in the surgery that takes about 2-3 hours. Matt did not even come in the room when they were done to inspect their work. I never saw him again after about halfway through the surgery. Honestly unbelievable, after I flew in to come to his clinic and forked over a lot of money. Furthermore, my one-year check-in was with a PA I had never met before, I never saw Matt. Unless you're in the NHL or NFL, these guys don't care about you, only your checkbook. In my second surgery with a different clinic, the doctor did all the work and was there at the end to answer any questions. I had a terrible experience with this clinic and do not recommend you go here for your transplant. The clinic is one of the most expensive, which is fine because you don’t want to skimp on a hair transplant, but you expect stellar treatment and results. The opposite is true of my experience. First of all, the pricing is “all-inclusive” and not per graft. But less than 1500 grafts were used in my procedure! From talking to other doctors, 2000-2200 is normal but upwards of 3000-3500 can be done. I had zero input on the number of grafts, other than mentioning repeatedly that I wanted the front and crown filled in. I also had no chance for input on the front hairline. A line was drawn on my head, I received a handheld mirror to review, and ten seconds later an iPad was presented to me, scrolled to the signature line, asking me to sign off. No time to observe, think, and offer input. The whole procedure felt rushed. As soon as my payment cleared, it felt like they wanted me in and out as quickly as possible. When the surgery was over, he didn't even come in to review his assistants' work. Below are pictures of my result, eight months and one year post-surgery. The front is still receded and the crown is way too thin. I’ve reached out to the clinic post-operation, allowing ample time for the grafts to grow. There was no offer for touchups and I haven’t received a reply to my last email one month ago. After the surgery, I went to CVS, and the clinic had forgotten to call in my prescriptions. I waited an hour with a bloody head in CVS, waiting for them to fill the scripts. Now I have to do the whole procedure over again, with yet another long healing process. Very frustrating. I recommend going to a different clinic.

I vote 5 stars. After 7 months, the results are worth every penny and my hairline is coming in thicker than ever before. Dr. LoPresti was efficient, skillful, and delivered on every level. His administrative staff and support technicians all contributed to a 5 star experience.
