this office is consistent in providing horrible care and treatment to their patients. dr Naggar in particular is a liar, send patients for unnecessary tests, wrong referrals, and treats his patients as second class citizens. he is a classless and clueless hack that should not be practicing medicine. His license should be revoked! If you want decent medical care (not asking for perfection) this is not the dr or the place to ever go. Naggar couldn't diagnose a hangnail if his life depended on it, if you are in need of help run as far and fast from this place and they're incompetent medical professionals. The medical profession should be ashamed to have someone like him. His primary concern is his own self interests, not helping patients. I hope this saves others from getting insufficient care! Accepting new patients is because once patients realize the lack of quality they leave for better options. Myself included! They have cost me way too much time and money, don't make the same mistake and trust that MD a means they have your interests front and center. Naggar is a horrible, nasty, vindictive, corrupt useless individual that treats people with no respect.

My husband and I have been patients at Brigham & Women's for more than 12 years. This is by far the worst office within the hospital system. Doctors and nurses are dismissive at best, and negligent at worst. The last doctor I saw left the practice and I was never notified. My husband's doctor has canceled on him numerous times. Neither of us will ever set foot back in this office. I suggest any prospective patients go to 850 Boylston instead. These people are horrible.

Today 7/5/2018, I was trying to reach them by phone. For some reason, although the office is open, every time I called I was immediately put on hold without hearing a human voice. The answering service was of little help... they couldn't do anything other than take a message. Spent over an hour trying to get through with no success.

Terrible. Doctor acted like the superior officer giving commands to his subordinates in an army. If I didn't jump at his commands, I was perceived as disobedient. Paying for services here emboldens this type of behavior and treatment. Take your money elsewhere.

I've been a patient there for about 12 years and am finally calling it quits after giving the place many, many chances in hopes of improvement. While the overall care from my doctor has been fine (I am a healthy person), the front of house staff is so incredibly RUDE, and always has been. I find this to be the case both on the phone and at reception. Who is training these people? They clearly do not care about customer service, and are just there for a paycheck. Any time I leave the place or hang up the phone with them, I feel disgusted - this is not the way I want to feel when leaving a place that is supposed to be taking care of me. I'm done!

Doctor Harley Simeone is an outstanding physician. She always goes that extra mile for the sake of quality patient care. She is one of the reasons why Brigham and Women's is rated one of the top hospitals in the United States for patient care.

Dr. Harley Simeone has been by pcp since I moved to the area almost 3 years ago. Ive unfortunately dealt with some intense health issues over the years, and i've spent far too much time in nearly every hospital in the Boston area. Enter my fairly regular visits to BWH Newton Corner and Dr. Simeone. She's an absolute doll-compassionate, friendly, thorough, knowledgeable, really makes you feel like a cared for human being. if you're looking for an A+ female doctor, for a chronic condition or just a routine physical, book an appt. with Dr. Simeone, you won't be disappointed!
