During our first meeting, she correctly identified my diagnosis based on a few inquires and a few simple strength tests of my right arm. She listened intently to my issues and concerns. I have been to three orthopedic surgeons, all highly rated. Nevertheless, it was only Dr. Katz who listened closely to my concerns and made a correct diagnosis. She followed up with an X-ray and an MRI to confirm. However, what is most impressive about Dr. Katz is her ability to engage her patients, to form a close alliance, and speak not only from her medical knowledge but also from her heart. She truly cares that much and it shows in all ways. I highly recommend Dr. Katz if you need a superior surgeon. She provides her patients with the ability to make informed choices about their own medical care based on solid medical advise. Such a rare occurrence in the medical field today. Dr. Katz is one in a BILLION!

I’ve had 3 interactions with Dr. Katz and both times she was great. Completely understanding and explained what I needed and what I did not.

She always takes her time to make sure that I have all of my questions answered. She never makes me feel rushed. She wasn’t quick to push surgery, but let me know that it might be an option if I’m not getting better. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.
