I have been with Dr. Geuss for over 30 years, and I am already worrying about what I will do when he retires! He is amazing. He has operated on me four times and fixed my knee and shoulder. He listens, offers options, and is conservative about surgery, as many orthopedic surgeons are not. He is very kind and always remembers personal details about me and my family. Surgeons don't always have the best bedside manner, but this man came to visit me TWICE during his insanely busy days when I was hospitalized for diverticulitis and had abdominal surgery, just because my Mom, who has also been his patient for decades, told him I was there. He is amazing, and I don't ever want him to retire. My ONLY complaint is that some of his office staff at the Newton-Wellesley Hospital isn't the kindest...I see him at his 54 Washington St. (Wellesley) office instead, and they are great there.

Went to see this man for my shoulder. Took x-rays, looked at them and told me nothing could be done. Less than 2 minute visit.

The front desk is arrogant and condescending and Dr. Guess was dismissive and spent less than 2 minutes with me. All he cared about was selling me an expensive brace. This practice is all about money and doesn't care about the patients,
