I was treated with courtesy and respect by office staff and the doctor. Thank you very much!
Facility is very clean and the staff there is welcoming and helpful
Customer service is good, but the lady ( Doctor or Nurse) who attended to me is a professional, excellent job, 👍👍👍👍👍
Made to wait excessively for non-COVID test. There should be a separate system for people who don't come in for COVID testing.
I was warmly greeted and found the facility clean and well kept. The medical staff were cordial and very professional. I did not wait more than a few minutes for my appointment and was impressed with this alone.I would easily go back here.
After I checked in at the reception the nursing assistant took to the room and asked me questions about. My symptoms and while I was waiting for the doctor she came back and asked me to leave that the Dr won't be able to see me i should go to emergency room i begged to see the doctor because I was so sick and she refused she said that was going to tell me the same thing there was no need!I felt sad and disappointed that the doctor could not even look at me in the eye instead decided to send me a nursing assistant who is not qualified for any diagnosis of a medical issuesShe had asked me if they can check me covid19 and I said yes but she asked yo leave without checked the covid19 they had offered
Everyone from front desk through PA were kind, informative and professional. Thank you!
I would highly recommend the center. The physician assistant Eric has great bedside manner and is very attentive.
From the receptionist (didn't catch her name) to Alicia (student nurse) to Hope (PA), everyone was friendly and efficient. They took my concerns seriously, explained everything clearly, and left me feeling taken care of. I could tell they were smiling under their masks, and that put me at ease. It's strange to enjoy going to a clinic, but I feel like I kinda did.
We went there this evening for a simple finger cut. They refused treatment even though we got there at 8:30. We tried calling before we came, but they were not answering heir phone. It says on the web that they’re open until 9 PM so we drove over. We walked in at exactly 8:30 pm. There wasn’t anyone at the front desk but shortly after a man came out and told us that because it’s “after 8:30” and they ha e the right to refuse to treat us. We begged him to reconsider because it was a simple finger cut and we were certain they could deal with it in 10 minutes or less - no other patients were present. And we pointed out that when we walked in it was exactly 8:30 (which admittedly was just a coincidence - had we known about this rule we could’ve hurried up and been there a few minutes earlier). They kicked us out at 8:31. And they weren’t remotely apologetic or even nice about it.As we were leaving we commented to ourselves that it’s probably for the best that these clockwatchers are not going to provide medical treatment to us - I certainly wouldn’t trust them. From that short interaction it’s clear to me that the staff there is substandard and unprofessional.Shame on Mass General for hiring such uncaring staff and for operating such a shabby facility.
I have never been to this location. However, I got there later than 8:30 but did not know they stopped seeing patients at 8:30. Turned me away when I was visibly upset. Why stop seeing patients at 8:30 when you advertise you are open until 9? Never going back.
IMy wife walked in at 8:33...told was told, 830 was last patient. I was there at that time a few weeks ago and was treated wonderfully. What a different in personal. It says open from 9-9SAD..I live right next door. . Think more than twice to ever go back.
Very disappointed and frustrated in the lack of care we received. We called ahead and said we were on our way and we arrived at 8:30 (they do not take patients after 8:30). Even though we called ahead we were told they would not take us. We had traveled over 40 minutes to be turned away. We had a difficult time finding the place because their sign was off and blinds pulled down. If we were late it was only by a minute. Unfortunately, my daughter did not get the care she needed. While they offered an appointment the next morning, I have no intention of giving them business. They dont deserve it.
I have already filed a complaint with Mass General Brigham's Urgent Care Hotline but I wanted to warn anyone who thinks of coming here: DO NOT GO! An absolutely horrible experience here. The font desk host is extremely incompetent and slow at her job. There were many people waiting in line because she could not perform her basic duties like looking up insurance policies and entering people's information into the system without grabbing her manager to do it for her. On multiple occasions she would forget to perform the Covid questionnaire and would have to call people back to the front desk. People who had scheduled appointments were waiting an extra hour due to backup on her part. This location lacks attention to detail for the most basic stuff and is horribly managed. There are much better places to receive quality healthcare from at a short notice. Do yourself and go to the Newton Wellesley ER, you're better off.
I went to this location cause mine was closed . Thank god I did ! There was no wait to register and maybe a 10 min wait to go into the room . I say the NP Belsy and her student and I couldnt be happier with my visit . I had a very painful problem and they took such good care of the problem and my nerves . Both where very professional and Thorough . All my questions were answered and supplies were supplied to me . I would absolutely go back to see them for any ailment . Thank you girls !!!!!
Poor service, bad inattentive patient care, long wait times.Edit:Most recent bit of idiocy, DIY vitals. Does my visit get cheaper when I do the work?
Although the COVID test went fine, the follow up has been wholly insufficient. It has taken 48 hrs to get a proper letter regarding the results of a test for school. The letter provided did not have my daughters last name or the date of service. Totally unprofessional. I cant get anyone o the phone to correct.
Went on Saturday to Partners Urgent Care in Newton for an earache and swollen glands. Was diagnosed with swimmers ear and given prescription drops for 7 days to put in both ears 4xs/day. After 4 days the drops ran out so I called back because I believe the nurse didnt give me enough for both ears. Left messages and was called back by some central office that said someone would be calling me from the clinic. That was at 11am and its now 5pm. Made an appointment to see my PCP but couldnt get in until this afternoon. PCPs office gave me a prescription renewal but I wasted a whole day without having the meds to take. Ear hurts. Flying out tomorrow so really wanted this taken care of. Waste of $50 copay. Im sure they wouldnt reimburse me that! Partners could care less about the patient. All about the $$.
Visit went very smooth. I knew I had an ear infection and sure enough, thats what it was. I was in and out within 20 minutes. No other patients in the waiting room so I was checked in very efficiently by Martha. The facility is neat and clean. Saywa took my vitals and I waited less than 5 minutes for the provider. His name was Mark (I truthfully do not remember if said he was an MD or a Nurse Practioner etc) He asked me a bit about my history, examined my ears, prescribed antibiotic drops and sent the Rx to my pharmacy. Done in no time, I was pleased. I am told Partners will be opening a new location next month in Natick. That will be better for me. Closer to my home.
Been waiting for 2 hrs.. better off going to the ER in Newton Wellesley. Insane how much the wait is. The receptionist keeps saying 1520 minutes with no rhyme or reason. Very unprofessional and unfortunately they will lose me as a future customer.
