Dr Bhatt and his entire team were absolutely fantastic. It was truly one of the best medical experiences of my life and that is really saying something (I have had some serious medical issues and have received exceptional care from many physicians, and Dr Bhatt was truly exceptional). From the moment I walked into the office I was greeted quickly, provided information, and didn't even have time to complete my intake form before being whisked into my hearing test. Dr Bhatt saw me quickly, listened to my concerns, provided a thorough exam, and provided clear explanations of my condition, and discussed treatment and follow-up options succinctly. his personality and "bedside manner" was fantastic. Dr Bhatt seems like a great a guy, one you'd want to hang out with, and is clearly a highly skilled physician. I would highly reccomend Dr. Bhatt.

I have seen Dr. Bhatt on several occasions and this was a follow up visit. He is a thoughtful and caring provider who listened carefully to my concerns and was very responsive to those needs. Dr. Bhatt goes above and beyond and is thorough in his search for the best solutions to the issues raised. His calming and reassuring approach makes me feel comfortable with his advice.

Explained things well. Was very good with me, an anxious patient, as he did a procedure which scared me. Promptly wrote up results of visit and arranged for a procedure I needed. Called me promptly when he received results and was pleasant and informative on the phone. I recommend him highly - he’s a refreshing change from some of the doctors I have dealt with. He’s smart, extremely competent and not at all arrogant.

Doctor Bhatt is one of the most present and personable doctors I have ever seen. I recently consulted him on a very routine issue and I felt listened to and respected. He's great at educating. I would recommend him without hesitation. The entire staff was professional and efficient and they ran on time!

I had Dr. Bhatt give me a second opinion on my sudden acute hearing loss experienced recently. He was completely prepared. Before he saw me, he had reviewed all my files and test results. He had also read an article I sent him about an experimental treatment procedure. He provided all the information I was looking for without me asking him any questions. He explained everything well and recommended I not go with the experimental treatment. Totally professional and caring.

My first visit with Dr Bhatt I was blown away at how he’d taken the time to go through previous imaging reports, doc visit notes, etc. He was prepared for the visit by knowing about my medical history and he even asked me what I wanted to take away from my first appointment with him. He made it a priority to make sure I didn’t leave the visit feeling like I was just a number. Since then he has been amazing at communicating via portal or phone call after hours. He is quick to squeeze me in when I have an acute problem. Most importantly he made sure I understood how to best prevent sinus issues so that I wouldn’t be over-prescribed antibiotics by my PCP. I am so thankful for Dr Bhatt!!!

Please avoid Dr. Bhatt at all costs. After doing a scope, Dr. Bhatt found a possible growth in my neck. My insurance company denied his order for the MRI. Dr. Bhatt and his office tried to push them to approve the MRI (which I do appreciate). However, my insurance company continued to refuse. Since they would not cover the scan, I told him I would pay out of pocket for the scan at a local MRI clinic and send the scans to Mass Eye and Ear for a second opinion (since I am now concerned as to what might going on in my neck). The clinic just needed for him to put the order though (again, paying out of pocket entirely). I emailed Dr. Bhatt letting him know I would just pay out of pocket and that I just needed for him to put the order for the scan in. The email I received back from him told me that he would not help me any further and that I would just have to find another ENT... I have never experienced such poor medical care.
