Had Amanda for Juvaderm filler in Andover. She is the best. The issue is scheduling which is probably due to not having someone else who can administer fillers. Called in August and earliest date available wasnt till November. Otherwise Ive been happy with using Ideal Image over the years.

I inadvertently scheduled my appointment at the location near my home versus near my work. Despite being shorthanded and working the front desk the Clinician with a bit of time before her next client took me right in for my treatment On top of that she did a precise job Great customer service

Horrible. I am completely burnt. The laser used on me was way too high and now I am completely burned. My skin looks horrible. I am very angry and disappointed.
