So far a bad experience!my 10 old year son had an appointment when I arrive there was nobody in the office.waited for like 5 minutes then a lady came she didn't seem happy and had an attitude, told me I was early.and I told her I always early.not a very welcoming place.
Good experience with Dr. Shah, bad experience with his office. Consistently had to deal with appointments being made without my involvement which required significant amount of time to correct. As a working individual in healthcare, I find this practice absurd when the patient left out of equation of making appointments. Finally had enough and called to discharged myself from this practice, only to receive another unsolicited appointment in the mail weeks later.I spoke with his office receptionist, Erica, today to clarify I am discharged and ask why is this happening, only to be spoken over time and time again and eventually being hung up on. This is an example of the poor quality office support I have encountered.
The lady in front desk was very nice with me, she’s helping me with my appointment...
I was there yesterday. I got a bad customer service here. It was not worth my bucks. Hope this hospital can improve their customer service. I never go back this place again.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
