ATTENTION PREGNANT WOMEN Came in to have my ear looked at because it feels blocked. Mentioned several times that I am two months pregnant Dr.Kareores said let me check if this medicine is safe for pregnancy he came back & advised me to take Mucinex. After getting home I took Mucinex & almost immediately started violently throwing up all night & stomach was killing me all night. Woke up & did my research & Mucinex is absolutely NOT safe to take during your first trimester. Can’t believe I listened to this Dr that told me it is ok to take. Will not be back to this urgent care, called the following day & nurse kept saying she can’t suggest anything else over the phone. Also waited 3 1/2 hrs just for Dr to give me medicine I should have NEVER taken & that the ingredients are NOT safe for the baby. I was up all night sick & even thought about going to the ER that’s how bad it was. Disappointed is an understatement.

People are friendly enough but waiting over 2 hours after making an appointment is ridiculous. I least check in on people please and let them know you didn’t forget about them

doctor attempted to force antidepressants on me and wouldn't listen to what I was saying. a terrible place that I will never go back to no matter how sick I get. no sense of trust here

My college student went to Circle Health yesterday for an eye infection. Thank goodness the CVS pharmacist said something to me when I went to pick up the prescription and mentioned what it was for. The Circle Health doctor had written an incorrect prescription. When I went back to Circle Health to complain, I was told by a nurse that things like that sometimes happen there when they are busy and it is up to the patient and the pharmacist to make sure you are picking up the right medication for the right reason. Unacceptable.
