List of Joshi Ashok's Reviews
I've been a patient of Dr Joshi for over 20 yrs. He has become a friend. recently he saved my life. I went to an out of town ER while traveling for work, they did test and sent me on my way. I came home, made an apt with Doc, he knew right away what it was. I have never been in more pain in my life. He sent me to the ER at LGH, he called ahead explained the situation to the staff. They were ready for me, I had emergency surgery. Doc knew, called me while in the hospital to check on me. He truly
Doctor , Joshis administration lacks office skills billing skills they are all about the money not the health of there patient care I had waited over 1 hour to 2 hours waiting because he over books his patients.
Dr Joshi is the best he took care of me from a little girl up until I got married and also took care of my dad dr joshi was the only one that was able to make my dad to what he needed to for his copd and emphysema and I truly believe he gave me at least 10 extra years with my dad he is a great dr always listen to his patients and gives the best care he will sit and talk to you and not end an appointment until you are 100% comfortable and even know that my dad has past and he is no long my dr he still makes time for me if I need him
Office staff very nice. Saw Dr Joshi three times. All three times he made me wait over 90 minuets. When I asked him about it he didn't care that I was sick and waiting. I have moved on to a new doctor.
This doctor was very dismissive, invalidating of my heath issues and concerns. A poor bedside manner, crass and cocky. Not a demeanor any doctor should have. I had to change insurance to find a doctor I would like.
He spends time, listens to you, and orders all required diagnostics tests according to the book. He also explains risks associated with the tests. Balance between intuition and dependence on tests is a hard to find interesting quality that patients may like.
doctor joshi Gives me better care then I received from other doctors.he addressed problems that other doctors did not when I complained about them! He combines his great knowledge in medicine with his personality wellHis office staff can be great at times but they don't compare to him!!
I have been a patient of Dr. Joshi for almost 5 years. I knew on my very first visit, that I made the right choice. He identified a serious problem, which led to vascular surgery, and an improved health situation for me. I find him very personable and easy to talk to. He takes his time and I never feel "rushed". He is very knowledgeable and can answer any question with the expertise of a scholar. If I have a health concern, he is right there to order tests to help "US" find the problem.
Experienced. I went with a pain thinking that I had a pulled hamstring. The doctor said that I had blood close and sent me directly to hospital for an ultrasound. Next day I was in the surgery room for Excision of Left Femoral Vein, Open Approach and Femoral Popliteal Bypass Graft. I believe he is really an experienced doctor and he saved my life.
He was extremely rude. Everytime I asked a question he would either ignore me and kept staring at the computer or replied w/ another question that would imply I and/or my question was stupid. He would also sigh and at times even roll his eyes. Although he has been my primary for quit sometime, I always try my best to avoid seeing him by booking an appointment w/ the nurse practitioner instand. He has always been surly but my last visit with him was beyond unpleasant. He is no longer my primary.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
