I lost my presurgery checklist and could not find any resources on their website so I had to call, everything went downhill after that. I was prescribed an antibiotic that I am allergic to, only after calling because no one filled it in the first place. I was told "Don't question doctors. " I was shamed for calling mutiple times mostly because even though I am allergic, that the pharmacist, past work experiences and brief research showed 2 days of antibiotic medication is shorter then average for other practices to prescribe for the same procedure. While I had to call mutiple times most of the issues could have been resolved with a better site lay-out. As for the other issues treat patients with a modicum of respect understand why they are calling, or to get clarity they need to not be curt on the phone. Fully regret doing this procedure with this practice and hope I don't have complications that I think I might having, although it could just be an allergic reaction to antibiotics I am afraid to call back on, or switch from at this point. All because of the phone decorum I have received, or lack thereof, non conversed commonly asked questions before/during/after procedure, and bad site layout.
Always great, professional care. Easy to find, friendly faces, and top notch medical staff.
Quick and easy consult for a procedure. Doctor was very attentive and informative.
𝗦𝗖𝗔𝗠 𝗔𝗟𝗘𝗥𝗧! 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗱 $𝟯𝟬𝟬 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗯𝗮𝗶𝘁-𝗮𝗻𝗱-𝘀𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵? I called ahead and spoke with a doctor here about getting a "no cut, no needle" vasectomy. She assured me this is absolutely something they do, so we scheduled a consultation for me to come in and talk about it in-person. I've already done plenty of research and couldn't see how this would be helpful, but sure I guess if that's part of the process I'll just do it. Two months later I show up in-office. They sit me down in a patient room and hand me a flyer with a bunch of information about the "bilateral incision" vasectomy. IE a 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗹𝘆 𝗯𝗮𝗿𝗯𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗰 and 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 version of the procedure I'm looking for. Aside from that, it's all information I'm already well aware of. The doctor comes in and starts reiterating the information on the form. I tell her I know this stuff already, and I'm not looking to do bilateral incision. I'm looking to do the "no cut" procedure, which the entire medical community online (𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 doctor and medical study I've found) agrees has fewer complications. The doctor here starts telling me the opposite! In disagreement with every other medical professional I've read or spoken to! She's trying to sell me on getting the outdated procedure, as that's clearly the one she's more comfortable with. So she's willing to 𝙙𝙤 the "no cut" procedure, but she doesn't appear to 𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙙 it! That's terrifying! Needless to say I can't work with these people. A doctor who appears to have no idea what she's talking about and the office that's willing to employ her. How can I have confidence their other doctors are any better? So I go back to the drawing board. A few weeks later, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻. Apparently for this less-than-five-minutes conversation, they billed my insurance THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS. Three 𝗛𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗥𝗘𝗗! Luckily I'm only responsible for one third of that, but basically I paid a hundred dollars to have all this time wasted. I tried calling back the office and their billing department multiple times. They were worse than useless and ultimately got back to me with "tough, you gotta pay it". 𝗧𝗟𝗗𝗥: Do not go here! Go somewhere else!
Very courteous and show good customer service!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
