New ownership took over this place many years ago and since that time it is a very very different place. When Dr. Ward owned it, it was like a family run, practice with individualized, caring, and exceptional care. The new owner of the practice actually told my family to find a new provider. I am not going to get into the specifics because of HIPAA, but I can tell you it was a bogus matter and I hope he suffers the consequences of his ridiculous, irrational decisions. This review was sitting in my draft menu for sometime, but still felt it was relevant to post.

Dr Jimmerson is wonderful!! One of the best eye doctors I’ve been to. I actually ended up out of network with the practice so switched to another one and did not receive nearly as wonderful care as I did here so I am back; even though I have to pay out of pocket it is worth it! He takes his time to be sure everything has been checked well and that the prescription is truly the best fit. Thank you to all of the kind staff, too!

The staff are wonderful. I love that I have a nice hometown ophthalmologist that offers evening hours on some weekdays to accommodate working families, in addition to the latest technology that enables you not to get photos of your eyes instead of getting eyes dilated. Great option! Eye pressure test is also not as frightening as it used to be with the forced air. So happy that I don't have to drive miles and miles for quality eye care. Thank you so much - couldn't ask for more.

I have been a Center Eye Care patient for nearly a decade, seeing Dr. Ward initially and Dr. J most recently. The kind, knowledgeable doctors and staff are so welcoming, I always feel totally comfortable while there for an appointment or just stopping by to pick up an order. After struggling through various vision issues, I’m so happy to say I’m finally in a great place with the help of Dr. J. He was very honest, patient and persistent while finding the best solution for me, and I couldn’t be more grateful! I will continue to recommend Center Eye Care to my family and friends for all their vision needs.

Best eye doctor….office is very professional and accommodating. My son recently started wearing contacts and the office was very helpful with training him and explaining everything to me. My son loves Dr. Jimmerson and looks forward to their appointments. The whole family comes here including my husband who has a very challenging prescription that only Dr. Jimmerson was able to correct after meeting with many other doctors. Thank you!!!

Absolutely lover Center Eye Care and especially Dr. Jimmerson! My 3 Generation family all go there to see Dr. J specifically. We all have very different needs and he makes all feel like we are his "favorite patient". He is very knowledgeable, professional and kind. I give it 1000 Stars!!
