The urgent care was quick and helpful

Every staff member and healthcare provider at the birthing center were kind, helpful, compassionate and supportive during our postpartum stay. I always felt listened to and cared for and had all of my questions and concerns answered. I would highly recommend the services offered for any birthing family, you will be cared for and supported so much!

A Tibetan employee recounted his grievances against Chinese people to me when my ethnicity was Taiwanese. Beyond unprofessional. He treated the situation with his people like it was all my fault personally. I wasn’t even born for crying out loud and also it’s so racist. Three employees ridiculed me about my health. The ER’s efficiency is also terrible.

Possibly one of the worst hospital experiences I have ever had. My wait time in the ER was about 8 hours but some people were there longer. The staff, especially those in imaging, were dismissive. After my ultrasound, I had to wait another five hours until I had a room. Once in the room, I was not shown my results but was judged for not wanting an internal exam. No one seemed to care about any of the patients and I spent a lot of my time crying.

I would give zero stars if I could. The ED doc discharged my 56 yo father home to die. They neglected sepsis, spinal fracture and spinal abscess. Second ED trip the next day, they Transferred him to another STATE without even notifying me (his health care proxy). This transfer was completely unnecessary. I am Infuriated and disgusted by the so called care my loved one received.

Caring, professional, gentle nurses and doctors took exquisite care of my brother in his last days. Every time a family member has been treated at Cooley Dickenson we have walked away impressed by the level of kindness and competence of staff at every level. The facilities themselves are clean and see to be well-equipped and well-maintained, and the vibe is surprisingly relaxed.
