I rarely write reviews, but feel compelled to share my sincere love of Dr. White and the entire support staff at her practice. The front desk staff and medical assistants are always pleasant and helpful. Dr. White herself is thorough, efficient, and kind. Like many busy providers, she works quickly, but does not sacrifice quality of care. I try to come prepared with questions and concerns in order to make efficient use of our time together. She always takes the time to answer my questions fully. Maybe she's just really good at reviewing records before the appointment -- but it always feels like she remembers me and really cares about my progress, although I only have visits every 3 to 4 months. Derm issues in particular can be frustrating, and finding effective treatment is not always a quick process. And although it has taken time (and is still a work in progress!), Dr. White's methodical, consistent care has yielded results that have changed my life. I feel lucky to have found such a great provider and practice.

Dr. White is the most compassionate and competent provider I have ever met. She cares for not only myself, but also my husband, and adult children. She is a superb diagnostician with a wonderful and caring personality. She is the best!

Extremely rude receptionist! Called 3 times and left a message. No one called back. When I called the 4th time I finally got this “lovely” lady who told me “If I did leave a message, I got a call back.” So not even knowing my name, she knows for sure I got a call back? Nice business practice.

She must be phenomenal cuz I can't get an appointment to see her for a year, who can wai that long! And you must give a star rate in order to be able to post. So my 3 star rating is moot, cuz I wouldn't leave 1 star as I haven't seen her nor 5 five stars for the same reason.

Dr white and her staff are extremely knowledgeable. Dr white explained everything to me while she was doing the procedure and what to expect after she was finished. She was very gentle which put me at ease. Her assistant was also a great help.

Dr. White is a truly excellent dermatologist, always explains procedures and treatment options in clear, easy-to-understand terms. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Great practice in a convenient location.

Long wait time for appointment (by the time I got in, the rash was gone). Office staff was just short of rude. Didn't learn anything, despite questions. When she offered to remove one skin tag, I didn't realize she was capitalizing on my visit -- I later learned from insurance company, she could have removed many more 'for the same price/visit'.

I brought my daughter to Dr. White for an appointment. I found the office staff to be friendly, efficient and courteous. The office was extremely clean and well organized. Dr White was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dermatologist. She made my daughter feel very comfortable and was able to help her.

I LOVE DR White. I went to her office for a routine annual skin check. i casually mentioned my concern over the numbness I was experiencing in both hands. My primary had DX'd it as arthritis in my digits but I had grave doubts regarding this DX. Dr White mentioned a great orthopod to me and I made the app't. That doc worked me up in record time and sent me to an ortho spine surgeon. I now have hinges in C2-3-4-5-6-7 and also had a C5-6 laminectomy. My spinal cord is back where it belongs. Numb arms, hands and legs are back to normal. The surgeon informed me that if I did not have this done I would be quadriplegic. GUARANTEED! I owe my life to Dr White. No doubt she identified a serious problem and directed me accordingly. JOB WELL DONE DR WHITE!!! I also love my new PCP...Dr. Elsea! Love you all! Thank you very much. Soooo grateful!

Unfortunately, Kathryn’s office staff is often curt, or even rude. As an additional note, over several years of office visits, the wait time is always over half an hour, and usually closer to an hour. ... Just some information that may be relevant.
