Carewell Urgent Care Northborough's Online Review Report Card

We took my 7 year old son here to treat a laceration to the back of the head. The wound was still open and bleeding. When asked about the wait and if he could be seen immediately, I was met with an unacceptable response. The wait is over 1 hour, everyone here has an "emergency". Obviously not a kid with blood gushing from his head. Needless to say we drove straight to emergency, like we should have done at the beginning. Absolutely unacceptable! My son ended up needing 5 staples to close the wound. I would NEVER recommend, especially for minor children.

Was there almost two hours before closing and they refused to take me when I was in need of stitches and a tetanus shot. What is the point of urgent care if you refuse walk ins two hours before you close … they didn’t even appear busy, the two women who greeted me didn’t get off of their chairs once. After I told them they technically couldn’t refuse me two hours before close they were at a loss for words and didn’t know what to say …last time I’m try a carewell

Got there by 8am and there was no staff so we had to wait outside in the cold until the staff came. Unfortunately I tested positive for covid and the woman at the front desk, shouted at me, in the waiting area with other patients that your tested positive,you need to go outside now. That was so rude and exposure of my PHI to everyone around me. I had a mask on, was actually grabbing some tissues and had sanitized my hand a few times. This was unacceptable.

Unfortunately there isn't an option for 9 stars or that is what I would give this place. I made an appt online showed up on time and was told they had no doctors on-site. This place is a joke!!!!

This place is the worst!!!!! Never in my life would I recommend this place to anyone!!! I called to see what was needed to be seen. They said walk ins only. I get there only to be told I need to scan a picture and register online. That I wasn’t able to be seen for at least 3-4 hours even with having irregular breathing. The lady at the front showed

Even though when we go at 7pm an hour before the closing time, they didn’t take us I. And the receptionist is very rude. I don’t really like the place. If there is 0 I would have given 0

Doctors were nice. However, one of the receptionists at the front was sooo rude and practically rushed me out without even asking me what I was in for; she was saying they’re closing early even though they close at 8 and it was lunchtime when i arrived. The other receptionists just looked away and stayed quiet. I try to be understanding especially if businesses are short staffed and around the holidays (it was the day after thanksgiving I believe) but I was having heart related symptoms and she didn’t even bother to ask what the visit was for before saying they don’t have time to take me even tho I was just there days before without an appointment. Also, the whole reason I was even there a second time was because the antibiotics they gave me ended up giving me heart palpitations and chest tightness and when I tried to mention that, she didn’t care.

Bad experience. Very long waiting time. We waited outside with my 18 month baby.

This place is beyond unprofessional. And if your plus size I don’t recommend coming here they fat shame. I came here for a sprained ankle and when the male doctor short,darker,short hair, Hispanic came in he proceeded to tell me that I am a big women over and over again and when he left into the hallway he yelled it to the nurses and said YEAH SHES BIG AND SHE KNOWS IT!! And of course the nurses just sat there and laughed about it. Absolutely horrible I just wanted to LEAVE!!!

It's not a bad place,but be careful with your bank information they keep on charging my card several times and the women in bill is rude and arrogant.
