No waiting. Very clean, pleasant staff. Granddaughters first time seeing an eye doctor and the staff was very patient with her and explained everything. Highly recommend them!

This clinic is the worst health care facility I have ever seen in Massachusetts. I was recently there for our family travel appointment w/ZOON Wyong. The weather was severely bad and had left them the voice mail about arriving late. We were still in time frame for 2 kids. The front staffs by looking at our Asian American face was yelling “canceled, late”. I feel very uncomfortable and scary about their behaviors. I requested politely that we travel for 3 hours- please at least see our kids. They started to laugh at us. Very unprofessional, rude, racial, which is against the health care ethics. I want the particular department to investigate this issue. -10000 rating for this health care facility.

I just can't believe they called and canceled my appointment and couldn't get me in right away when they realized their mistake, which I had to point out to them after calling them back. Their next available appointment was 2+ months out

I do not recommend at all ,the nurse is so rude along with Dr kilari I would never go back there again ,the only professional ones there is the front desk ,I'm thankful to be out of there and a new doctor

Terrible experience, I was here on 9/22 at 10:15am for 10:30am appointment to see Dr Pongor., took me to exam room at 11am and told to wait, but no show. around 11:20 I came out of exam room to check how long I had to wait to see the Dr, I was told another 15-30mins. I walked to the front desk and canceled my appointment and walked out without seeing the Dr. never visit this facility or this doctor again. What is the purpose of booking appointment. do you think I have no other work to do than simply siting at the facility? At the front desk I saw message "if you are more than 10 minutes late to the appointment kindly reschedule", does this not applicable for the doctors?

I try to get rid of my spiders veins. Lisa Arello was my "Dr". She use on my legs a needle 3 times bigger than the one she was supposed to use. Not only that, when I was leaving, she was at the hall with 3 others women making fun of me because the needle hurt me so much.

I had an eye appointment at the Eye Clinic at 333 S.W. Cutoff, it's called U.M.M.M.Group @ Northboro Crossing, with Dr.Loshe, I was there one hour and thirty seven minutes, had some tests done by Dr. Assistant and was told I would see the a few minutes, I waited 22 minutes and never saw a Dr. I got no results from the tests or a Rx. For glasses???? What kind of place is this??? I have to make a new appointment with a different, Reputable Eye Doctor......
