waited over a month for an appointment. called to check what time my appointment was just to be told that they either never booked it or they cancelled it without my knowledge. ended up getting through to a manager, explained the situation and got in for an appointment today. paid the copay and got a handshake from the doctor and that's about the extent of care that they gave me. had they told me that they do not do what i was asking them to do instead is assuring me over and over again that they were 1000% able to help my and my situation i would not have came and i would have spent the last month looking for another place that actually cares about the people that they are treating. the doctor didn't even evaluate me before just passing me a referral paper, she was in the room for maybe 30 seconds and shrugged and told me "oh i don't do anything on the face" when they KNEW THAT IT WAS ON MY FACE WHEN I CALLED!! so if you knew that you were just going to send me back out the door why did i pay a copay and waste my time and take time off of work to get to this appointment???? i called another place and was told that south shore skin center treated me with extreme disrespect and completely dismissed the immense pain i've been dealing with for months. i think they wanted to get money out of me then send me on my way. go literally anywhere else i do not recommend this place at all. i was met with zero empathy today and was completely dismissed. my doctor was lisa statz and honestly after looking at some of her previous reviews of her just dismissing patients and rushing in and out of appointments i should have known better. you need better doctors!

Dr. Lisa Statz was not very friendly (all business) and I would never recommend this facility to anyone. Matter of fact I have a friend that went to your facility and she said the same thing not friendly and definitely would not go back or refer you to any of her friends. Thank you Paula
