I had my free annual physical checkup done last June and a month later I received a bill for large sum of money stating that I had an advance lab work, I never requested, neither was informed by my doctor that I needed. I called the clinic and spoke with the manager and requested to have this issue corrected I went that day for my annual check healthy and have zero complaint from any illness. My PCP tried to correct this problem with the billing department however they decided to charge me. I filed complaint with Brigham and Women’s patient relation and after 8 months they contacted me with their final decision that I have to pay that fake charge. I am filing a complaint with the MA board of medicine as well the Attorney General's Office. I strongly recommend you find another primary care physician / location.

I see Nurse Practitioner Martha Smith who is incredibly warm, understanding, patient, and thorough. Her medical assistant is also great. The office staff is fine.

I am going through some health related issues and Dr Badger has been fantastic in communicating with me, really taking the time to understand and help me along with getting the correct tests and seeing specialists to resolve the issue. Thank you so much. It means the world to me.

We where told our appointment is at 11:40am but if we where not here by 11:30 we would not be seen? We arrive at 11:15 and it is now 12:09 and we are still waiting, i am not sure how they can threaten our appointment and we are still sitting here, only the best of the best here i guess, oh and i should mention this is for a cardiac issue, so apparently we don’t matter.

Dr. Badger has the worst bedside manner. In a recent physical during a particularly trying period with multiple health related issues she was extremely rude and tried to force me into something I did not agree with, nor did I feel comfortable. I asked for some time to consider it and she was downright nasty about it. I was not given the slightest bit of consideration and the manner in which she behaved was at best extremely unprofessional. Zero emotional IQ. If it gives you any insight, I have never left a poor review for any professional service.

Dr. Feleke has been awesome. However the prescription refill department is completely incompetent. Today I have been on the line with them, who never answer, for 3 hours, calling for a voicemail box for sending me half the supplies to check my blood sugar. They then sent me double of the half supply I already had, not the rest. I was also supposed to get a 3 month supply. They sent in for 14 days. Last time it was the same story but with sending the wrong insulin. Overall... not great. The doctor has been awesome, but dealing with the wait on pescriptions has been a nightmare.

Avoid this hospital at all costs and specially doctor Anna Feleke. Lab work was supposed to be for thyroid test and the doctor prescribed all tests except thyroid. Then no update from hospital regarding the results. after weeks the doctor called and said that thyroid tests need to be done as it was not prescribed earlier.
