I had a rotator cuff repair in early May 2023. I was in no pain after the surgery because of the pre-op nerve block. I took prescribed medication and ibuprofen later the same day to stay ahead of any possible pain. After that, just over the counter ibuprofen for 2 days. Again, this was not because of pain but wanted to make sure I would be OK. When it came time to stretch the arm carefully with the sling off, I felt good. After about 4 weeks I could move and stretch my arm more and after 6 weeks, when I could leave the sling off, I had almost full range of motion, again without pain. Dr. Messineo was compassionate and took the time to fully explain the process and answer all my questions. I am so appreciative of Dr. Messineo's skill and manner. Although everyone's experience may be different, for me I had no real difficulty. I also slept in a recliner the first 4 to 5 weeks because it was more comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Messineo for this type of surgery.

Doctor mark messineo is very professional doctor I had 2 hip replacement and Dr mark messineo did a excellent job I would recommend him to everyone who needed a hip replacement i was very pleased with the work he did I am walking alot better and was very pleased with the job he did sincerely miss Anita Jackson
