My husband and I were seen by Dr.Gowda recently. As always she's emphatic, patiently listens to our health issues, thorough with diagnosis, and follows up promptly. I couldn't have been happier with her service and the office.

I recently moved to the area and happy to have found Norwood Medical Associates while searching up online. I was seen by Dr. Gowda who is intelligent, kind and compassionate, This is the type of relationship that I was looking for in my general practitioner, one that takes the time to talk with me and cover all my medical concerns despite being a busy physician. Her office is friendly, they were able to accommodate a new patient in a reasonable time period. Highly recommend!!

This doctor never call you back when you leave a msg for her.It’s really hard to get an appointment.She is always in hurry.Never explain your medication.

I was referred to Dr. Gowda by a colleague a few years ago. She is empathetic, reassuring, patiently listens to my complicated health issues, makes necessary adjustments to medication as needed, in the end I walk out of her office feeling well cared for after each visit. I can see why she is consistently ranked as top doctor by Boston Magazine. I am grateful to her and her staff for their service to the community especially during the pandemic.

I was a patient of Dr. Gowda for 9 yrs. in that time I found her abrupt and rude. Callous in her comments. She was delinquent when it comes to communicating changes in my prescriptions. I phone call or email to notify me of the change or why. Recently had an annual physical appointment scheduled and when I showed up for it they refused to see me without me donning 2 masks. Seems to be the new standard for non vaccinated however I saw no notification and I get multiple appointment reminders prior to the date. This also resulted in her refusing to refill a prescription that should not be stopped without a tapering dose. Needless to say her patients health aren't her primary concern.

I was looking for new Physician as we recently moved to the area, looked up online to locate Dr.Gowda and Norwood Medical Associates, have been very pleased with the care provided by her and her staff.

I went for an annual checkup and the doctor didn't even bother to check and ask if I have any question, she didn't even care to check if we took flu shots, the most basic things in an annual checkup were all missing. Also checked with another colleague who visited Dr. Gawda a few years back and gave similar review. Dont waste time visiting her, i was highly disaapointed.

Called for a referral today and the office staff was fery ride and unprofessional. Office manager was actually yelling at me for asking should I call my insurance company and ask for options. He actually said maybe you should find another doctor if you de ide to call your insirance company. We decide not them. Wow
