Great staff, attentive and caring

The front desk and nurses were nice but Dr. Malone is incredibly unprofessional. She was visibly frustrated/ annoyed at me the entire time while I was having a medical emergency. I asked if I could be dehydrated and was hoping she'd ask follow up questions to assess that, but she said "you don't look dehydrated" and referred me to the hospital. Turns out I was very dehydrated but Dr. Malone couldn't be bothered to listen to me and provide care.

A recent fall brought me to the Orleans urgent care center. The staff was wonderful and caring. Special kudos to Dr. Pillitteri. During a very busy day he took his time attending to my issues. And he called to check on me a few days later! I was very impressed, and grateful, for his concern and his medical expertise. Thank you Dr. Pillitteri and staff.

My daughter needed to be seen and we were able to get in quickly this morning. The staff was friendly and professional. The facility is exceptionally clean and we felt so fortunate and grateful to receive such excellent care while on vacation. Thank you Dr. Cornwall and staff.

From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine concern. Moreover, the facility was equipped with state-of-the-art medical technology, which allowed for accurate diagnoses and efficient treatment. This, combined with the staff's expertise, instilled a sense of confidence in the medical care I received.
