My final visits with this doctor were very displeasing. When asked for referrals to a cardiologist due to newfound shortness of breath, he declined claiming that because my cholesterol levels were good, that there's no reason to check. Fast forward two years later, I finally got checked out and it turns I had a heart valve leak that could require surgery. On top of that, after filing a state complaint due to subpar care, Mr. Reed claimed I had bipolar disorder which is completely false.. He also used that as an excuse for my 'irrational' claim as he cleverly stated in his response. Do yourself a favor, get a doctor that's willing to take you seriously.

Dr. Reed has been my primary physician for over 20 years. He very personable and maybe casual to a fault. He gets 4 stars only because he cannot be contacted directly for consultation. His office staff however (some of them, not all) are cold, grumpy, contrary, suspitious and just plain combative. They get 1 star. It used to be a good practice until Cape Cod Health.com took them over.

No, he only read the computer and asked no questions after I had a hemorraghic stroke -- had surgery for a brain aneursym and was hospitalized and in rehab for 77 days. Also, he didn;t order a scan for my husband's shoulder/chest pain , just nerve pills, and he died a year later from lung cancer.

Tim is an attentive and caring physician. He listens and responds to the patient in detail, explaining not only your conditions, but also works with you in developing long term strategies to appropriately address your illnesses. Highly recommended. He has been my PCP for over 20 years. I feel fortunate we have a doctor of his caliber in our community.

Dr Reed and office staff including medical are always on top of their game..pleasant and knowledgeable.

Waited two hours to see MD and I had an appointment! No eye contact, only looking at his computer. Didn't answer any questions. I was not important to him or his staff.

Treated in may(may2nd) for poison ivy, waited over 3 hrs, but i was a walk in patient. Dr. stated he did not like giving prednisone out,i told him i catch this ivy rash everyyear, for as ling as i rememer, and its the only thing that helps.He finally gave me prescription.I paid the 95 dollars cash and went on my way. If he was so concerned about this type of medication, i think he would of followed up on my condition, but, alas, he. or his office never did. Now the kicker, 2 1/2 months later i have poison ivy again. I called to see if i could get the prescription re-filled, and was told, no! Come in again,wait 3 hrs, dr. looks at it for 5 seconds, charges me another 95 dollars, and then he will re-fill it. Nice,, unemployed, no insurance, and they think i've got 100's of dollars to throw around, Dr.'s take an oath to help the sick, and it just really dosn't matter. the all mighty dollar, thats all they care about. Don't go here unless your well covered, or maby play golf with this guy. I am mad, but i'm also itchy, and as long as i'm itchy, you will be hearing from me!

He diagnosed a headache condition known that is very rare, and even rarer in women, Cluster headache. I have been to several Dr's over the past 8 years with none being able to diagnose correctly. First time in 8-years I've had relief.
