Jim Caldarola (one of the owners) is without question one of God's true gentlemen. He runs his business as though every customer is a family member or a friend. Jim's compassion, kindness and concern for his clientele is genuine and without equal, in the entire western Mass. area. If you need help with your hearing or service for your hearing aid, you simply cannot do any better than Jim and Jeff, at Baystate Hearing Aids. We're so very fortunate, to have them in our area. Call or visit them, and see for yourself what GENUINE GOOD SERVICE can REALLY be like! They are certified in National Hearing Instrument Science, so your hearing will be in the best of hands. SIX stars, for these wonderful guys!!
