You are just a chart and a number with this doctor. I can’t imagine what patients are getting this awesome treatment and time spent with them. There is no chit-chat. She is ALWAYS in a rush, never listens and now has a stenographer in the room with her at every visit. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE! She sent me to a neurologist for elbow pain. A waist of his time and mine. When I told her I had severe hip pain that kept her from sleeping. She she insisted on a sleep study. Again, a waist of time and money. The pain clinic did the proper tests and I have 4th stage arthritis in my hips. There’s not many choices out there. So a lot of us feel trapped. Most of Baystate is run this way now. What a shame. Profits before patients

My family called in November 2017 to express that my mother's health was declining. All the signs of cancer were there, if this "doctor" cared to look. My mother has a rare cancer that is terminal and inoperable; however, if the doctor had listened to us, we would have had precious more months and potentially another year. She's despicable.
