Patrick Felton the MD who assisted my older daughter's needs poorly, showing no compassion, disrespectful and so very unprofessional. Why did Baystate hire a Dr like him?! He did not go to the full extreme of care on assisting her needs like by providing her pain meds, IV or a CT scan to properly diagnose her, nor even allowing her to fully express the history of what she has been experiencing, all while she was in excruciating pain for a week even after taking prescribed antibiotics meds when she had to go to the ER at mercy per her PCP five days ago. Only to belittle her and judge her, making her feel emotional. He doesn't deserve no stars!

Rude and smug! He told my friend to go home and self-medicate because he’s not a Lupus specialist. He waited for me to leave the room to come in and be rude to my friend! Then while she was crying out in her room, he sat out with the other doctors laughing about it. He should be fired or have to be closely supervised!
