Dr Campbell was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He made my initial visit enjoyable and less nerve wracking! Strangely enough my friend Adriana is experiencing the same problem with her knee. I told her how wonderful he was, she will be calling for an appt!

6 stars!!! After a very complicated week of pain and making follow up appointment post leg and ankle injury I was seen by Dr Campbell and his staff today. From the very first phone call to the exam I just had it was a pleasant experience. Dr Campbell was thorough in his exam and clearly outlined my treatment plan. He agreed to see me within days of my injury. I am a registered nurse and highly recommend him! His office is located in Wing Hospital, it's a small hospital but the care is top notch!

Dr Campbell performed my total knee replacement using the Conformis system. A 100% positive experience (I had my first knee replacement at a different hospital/ different surgeon). I had total confidence in Dr Campbell and his anesthesiologist did an unbelievable job. NO pain following surgery! Can highly recommend Dr Robert Campbell at Baystate Wing hospital in Palmer, MA!

This doctor is compassionate, caring and thorough. His ability to listen to the patient to understand their concerns and find solutions is something we don't often see anymore in healthcare! Thank you to this wonderful doctor and team!

I received excellent care from Dr. Campbell. From diagnosing my knee injury to surgery and post op appointments, his professionalism was evident. I had a knee injury and received top-notch care from Dr. Campbell. If you need to see an orthopedic surgeon, I highly recommend contacting his office. He and his assistant went above and beyond to get my operation scheduled very quickly and helped out quite a bit with my insurance. Dr. Campbell gave me great advice regarding post-op care and ways I could save money without forfeiting quality (in regard to a brace). I trust the quality of his care enough to take the time to post a review. I only do that when I receive awesome service.

Dr. Campbell was very professional and straightforward regarding how he approached the decision to select the type of procedure he recommended . He fully explained all of the options so that it was very clear to me which choice was best. The surgery itself was a "good experience" if you can call any surgery that but it lasted less time than expected and my recovery was also faster than I expected. Throughout the whole process, Dr. Campbell made me feel very comfortable and informed.

After breaking and dislocating my ankle , Dr. Campbell came in to rescue the day. He was not the surgeon the hospital assigned to me but that Doctor went on vacation and would not have been able to operate for days. I was so lucky that Dr. Campbell found the time in his very busy schedule for me the next day. With out him and his staff, I would not ever have been able to return to all the activities I love, Tennis, horse and bicycle riding, golf, skiing, yoga. My gratitude is beyond words

I really feel Dr Campbell is a wonderful Dr who cares about his patients and have compassion and true concern.I really felt he had my best interest. Everyone on his staff are great thank God for loving and a caring people that take excellent care of there patients.Your the best keep up the great work.
