This place sucks 2hr wait with an appointment medication sent pharmacy that was closed they make you take Covid test for everything which adds an additional 15 minutes to every single appointment COVID is over get over it.

I am very upset for the false information that the receptionist gave me this morning. Here I am just got off from working the graveyard shift. I asked her if they take walk-ins and she told me yes. I'm a traveler nurse from out of state without a vehicle and I caught a uber and here I am standing outside in the cold and they're not even open.

I knew I was going to be aggravated the minute I walked in Northborough carewell. The girl behind the counter took so long with the people in front of me and the poor guy behind me had 2 kids and a wife who looked sick. Tried to register online but the server wasn't working or something, so we waited in line for about 20 minutes before the girl behind the counter told us they're not taken in any more walk-ins,after I reached the counter, they're full for the night. There was no sign outside and there was nothing on the website. I was like why wouldn't you tell us instead of making us wait and she said well I didn't know if you had an appointment and I said well how will you know unless you ask. So typical of some lazy workers hired by the UMass system. Personally I think she should have taken us. They put the sign up as we were leaving. I hope the guy with the sick kids got the help he needed.

I was seen right away and everyone I dealt with was very friendly. My appointment couldn’t have gone any better. I’ll definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.
