Don't know how to read the TB test. EMT said my TB was positive and I needed an x-ray. I don't know how many people who got false positives from her. I knew it wasn't positive because I work in the medical field. I had her talk to NP to get the negative result.

Truly could not have had a better experience. Care was efficient and comprehensive. The staff had spectacular bedside manners. I was really grateful for the way they handled my case.

Came in around 6:55 and Jamie was very nice and courteous and helped me check in. I filled out all the paperwork and was waiting to be seen. Jamie was actually helping me fix an issue with my phone which is above and beyond in terms of customer service. However this is when things took a turn for the worse. The lady I back came out and told everyone that they weren't supposed to check anyone in after 6:30 and that I had to leave. Mind you I was there with an abcess/infected tooth and my face was swollen like the elephant man and in massive amounts of pain. If not for Jamie, I'd definitely be at zero stars

Jeff Brown and staff were fantastic. They listened and actually tried to help, unlike so many ERs and another urgent care I’ve been to recently. I will go back here without hesitation. Thank God for some decent healthcare providers! Finally!

I was seen in a timely manner. Tested for strep and flu. When the doctor came in, the tests were negative, but definitely an infection. He explained his concerns and after a diagnosis, provided a treatment plan. My doctors office was not open, and recommended urgent care. Glad I chose this one.
