One of the nicest experiences I’ve had with an urgent care facility. The check-in was seamless and the staff incredibly friendly. The wait time was reasonable, the facility modern, and clean. And the medical staff was so sweet and patient with my daughter. They made her feel comfortable, asked her questions and made her feel calm, and most importantly treated her with the upmost care. I’ll definitely return to this location!

Terribly long wait. With online check in! And they screwed up my name so insurance wasn’t paid. What a disaster. Look for other options first. And don’t trust the online booking I don’t think it does anything.

Leaving a bad review because we made an appointment and then were called and told there were 3 people ahead of us. Drove my two sick kids in. They proceeded to call 4 people ahead of us, and when it was our turn in line they called the person after my children. I asked why we weren’t being seen and the nurse said nothing and took the person who was after us. She then came out to say we were going to be next, so five people were taken ahead of us and we waited over two hours. If this is private for profit health care we’re in trouble as a country. Bad management and bad customer service.

the staff at this location is amazing. everyone was so compassionate and competent. i came in having a lot of difficulty breathing and was scared and exhausted. the care I received was efficient and effective. they truly worked as a team and didn't leave me alone for more than 5-10 minutes, which really made me feel cared for. within 1 hour, I received a breathing treatment, a CXR and sent home with an appropriate treatment plan. Emily was my PA, Jasna was my rad tech and I believe my nurse's name was Hannah? I can't emphasize enough that they were all lovely. You can build a pretty new clinic and offer the best services, but it's truly the people that work there that make it great and keep patients coming back. all of these ladies deserve a raise ASAP.
