Worst possible healthcare group ever. 10 days for a c diff test results. Positive! 24-48hrs is what it should be.

If I could give 0 stars I would. First there is a long wait to speak to someone. (usually 25 min.) They changed my medications and did not say if I should continue last one I received. I was transferred to a "nurse" she sais ask your pharmacy. The pharmacy has other prescriptions that do the same thing and they don't know if I should stop it. Also they never send my prescriptions to the correct pharmacy even after I let them know. The staff is only about the volume of patients they see and could care less about addressing patient concerns. I have never even received a avs like I request when I have visited, if they did this I would not have to call with questions. I always get a PA instead of my doctor even though I request to see my doctor. I would not recommend to anyone specially someone who has any conditions that should be monitored. They never get back with lab results either.
