Started out great but then she was never there and we could only see the NP. The staff is rude and lately Doctor Davis has also been very curt. She has turned into a completely different person. I will be changing to a different doctor.

Dr Davis is the most amiable PCP that I have ever met. She has perfect bedside manners, is very knowledgeable. And, offers resources and ways for patients to gain self empowerment over their health.

Dr Davis is amazing! She visited our newborn in the hospital and we immediately made her our pediatrician. She's guided us and listened well. She also referred us to specialists as needed. We've felt supported by her and really love her staff. The Peabody and Salem offices are great!

Dr. Susan Davis at Pediatric Health Care Associates was randomly assigned to us after our son's birth at Salem Hospital. She seemed nice, so we went with her. After the first few appointments it was evident that she had neither the time, the patience, or perhaps the mental wherewithal, to have a thoughtful discussion about our son's care. She was happy to steamroll any of our questions with thoughtless, canned answers, appointment after appointment. All we were looking for was a friendly doctor with an open ear, and Dr. Davis could not have been further from that. We've switched to a new office in the area and couldn't be happier.

My son has been going to Dr. Davis since he was born (he's now 13). She's great. She is very thorough and asks a lot of questions, both to me and to him, and really listens to the answers. We luckily have only had to deal with minor health issues, but she always explains things clearly and answers all our questions.
