Super rude condescending I have Tourette’s syndrome I explained that they yelled at me and hung up on me that’s discrimination do not go here
I had a most spectacular result of my cataract surgery by Dr. Rodman of Micro Surgical in Peabody. His procedure before surgery to measure correctly for the new lens was tremendously thorough. After surgery, he scheduled follow up visits to make sure that I could see well and was having no problems with flashes or other issues. . He is gentle, kind, thorough, very professional, and explained everything that he needed to do. I would highly, highly recommend him to all for cataract procedures. Thank you
Wonderful eye care center . A great and amazing group of professionals Doctors and medical staff .We wish Dr. Daniel Luther all the very best at your new practice. We thank you so very much for all the excellent eye care !
Charged copay for a visit I never scheduled, trying to get in touch with billing is almost impossible don't answer the phone, left number to call back 2 days in a row(crickets).
If you have hours to waste then this is your place. I came for a routine eye exam plus a contact lens exam because I always need a contact lens prescription. After my appointment, I saw my glasses prescription on Patient Gateway but not the contact lenses. When I emailed the staff about this, they said that the doctor I saw "doesn't do contact lens exams". Well, why did they schedule me with him then? So they said I would have to come back and pay the fee for the exam. I have been coming here my whole life and also travel from Quincy to this location but I am all done with them.
Total waste of time. Saw doctor for less than 10 minutes and it was obvious he didn’t read my chart or bother to ask why I was there. Kept getting wrong whether I could see near or far and why I wear glasses. He was horrible and do not recommend this place for routine eye exams.
A decade ago it was fantastic. It's a factory now. Expect an appointment that is 30-45 minutes anywhere else to take 2+ hours or longer. Musical chairs moving from person to person, multiple little waiting rooms in corners where you're left for unknown amounts of time. Not the place it used to be and the decision has been made for our family to transfer elsewhere.
This place treats patients like a product on an assembly line passing you from person to person at different stations. It was a very efficient, but unpleasant experience. update: as much as I stilk dislike their setup and having multi-staged waiting rooms, the quality of care I received was good and the doctors were great.
I hurt my eye the night before and as a result of the pain I called to see if they could do an emergency visit this morning. The lady on the phone was very polite and told me to go see them right away. When there I was quickly greeted with a smile by miss Best at the front desk. She was very professional and dealt with a very positive attitude toward me and my attitude since I was nervous and in pain. She is definitely good at her job and I wish more people understood when someone is in pain they are not themselves! 😩 I then saw the assistants and then waited for the doctor. Again I was in a-lot of pain and nervous. Dr.Rodman was amazing!😃 I felt like he took the time to listen and understand what my problems were and quickly came up with a plan of care. While examining my eye he was super gentle and that made me feel more at ease and less nervous. He explained everything he was doing. I did not feel rushed during my Visit and feel like I received a great level of quality care. I was checked out by Miss Best and she was again very friendly and scheduled my f/u visit. I would recommend this office to anyone who would ask. I have came here for years now and the staff has always been good but especially today when I needed it most Miss Best and DR Rodman stood out due to their professionalism, knowledge, effectiveness and kindness. Thank you guys! You made my day a lot better. (Btw since my eye hurts still I’m dictating this so if there are any typos it’s all on Siri!) ✌️
Went for regular eye exam. Waited 40 min, then Nurse did prelim stuff. Moved to different waiting area and finally left after another 45 minutes. Had to pick up daughter. Never saw doctor after an hour and 50 minutes. Over a month for another appointment. Regular eye exam should not take 2+ hrs. Only reviewed because they asked me too!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
