Terrible she used to be such a great doctor over 20 years ago but now she has lost it. Does not care like she used to and she has become very rude and condescending. She does not listen and makes comments to our kids that are not necessary! You do not down the child’s parent what does she think the child is not going to tell her mother. It’s such a shame she was a good doctor and was highly recommended at one time!

Dr. Dunau was extremely rude and insulting. Her approach was very dismissing and she never even bothered introducing herself upon our first time meeting. As new parents, she made us feel uncomfortable and did not have a gentle or caring approach with our baby.

Had severe health issues for years and she would brush them off and act like she knew it all. Even after others opinions and going back for many appointments she refused to refer me to a specialist. She talked down to me and my family who are also medical professionals making us seem unintelligent. When I finally got my referral the specialist was astonished I wasn’t referred sooner. The day I met with him he scheduled me for surgery and said that my problem was the worst he had ever seen. If Dr Dunau hadn’t been perched on her high horse I wouldn’t of gotten so sick and my prognosis would have been much better. Wasn’t the only time she did this either, I had chronic reoccurring bouts of mono and she would not believe me. Went to see a nurse the next time I went in, she actually listened to me believed me and was able to confirm that I had mono again. Worst doctor I have ever been to

I've never had a worse experience with a pediatrician. I get it, a doctor's job is to diagnose and treat, they don't need to have a "bedside manner", but a pediatrician?? There are a million areas of medicine that you could go into if kids aren't your thing. Could they at least pretend to care? She was rough, unfriendly, and disinterested in me or my baby daughter. It was such a bad experience that we're thinking about changing practices.
