Makes you wonder if any of these people are trained to take care of injured or elderly people.
I love everything about this facility. Too many stories to share, but the people and process works amazing. Dr Walker is stellar!!
I wish I could give negative stars, this needs to be shut down asap!! I am giving a full report of the LACK of efficient and timely care by this satellite office and will look for legal representation, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
Dr Carole Smith is the best. Hate to see her leave. Hope her replacement is as good as her.
My PCP is here and when I called sick I was told she doesn’t take sick appointments and I have to go to their urgent care. But the urgent care also doesn’t take appointments and only walk-ins. What is the point of a pcp if they don’t help you when you’re sick? When I got to urgent care I said my back was in so much pain I couldn’t sit or stand. They told me it was a three hour wait and I had to stay in the waiting room so I left. I went to a minute clinic and turns out it was Covid. I can’t believe I couldn’t see a doctor at my doctor’s office when I was my absolute sickest this year.
I have been a patient of Brigham and women’s since 2007. I have a multitude of drs through this hospital. Today is the second time I was turned away for treatment in the urgent care center. The secretaries think they know more than you do about your insurance. I leave and get a call two minutes later saying oh you can come back I found your insurance. It’s very upsetting when you don’t feel good to be turned away TWICE!
Noel who works in the lab drawing blood is miserable and not family friendly. I had to bring my 2.5 year old with me to get blood drawn. He was sitting quietly in the chair next to me having a lollipop and watching Bluey on my phone. He accidentally turned up the volume, I had asked him to turn it down but before he could Noel turned around from her own patient and with hate in her eyes and a nasty look on her face, aggressively told him to turns it down. Before leaving I spoke to the manager about how upsetting and disappointing this interaction was but also want to warn any other parent to think twice before going to this location with a child because even when they are well behaved they get scolded by a stranger.
People at the urgent care and phlebotomy were great. However the front desk staff is not helpful. I asked about an opening in OBGYN for a prenatal visit as I just found out I was pregnant.i was there for blood work so figured I’d ask about that since I obviously have to set that up ASAP. Not taking new patients. Okay… I asked if they had any at other locations. I was advised “no. Weymouth doesn’t have OBGYN.” I said ….. “okay… where could you refer me to/ tell patients to go to since you’re full?” She laughed and said whoever takes my insurance. While waiting for my name to be called for the lab, my health insurance app has a list of providers. They were on the list. Which is weird because they’re not taking new patients. Not helpful. Couldn’t be bothered to recommend me to another practice. I’m just disappointed especially being in the healthcare field myself. It’s a shame to see they just don’t care.
I want to personally compliment NP Molly Mackey Valente for taking such good care of me last Friday from an unknown wrist infection. She was empathetic and very kind. When I revisited on Monday PA John Walfert was equally as kind and assuaged my fear about my wrist. Thank you both most sincerely. Gwendolyn Bulmer
The Brigham and Women’s facilities, gives outstanding 5 ⭐️ care!!! Dr. Gabrielle Souza and Dr. Keough and other Dr.’s there, are excellent Dr.’s. When they were very, very bad off health wise!! All the staff, is kind, patient and personable. I am grateful to the Brigham and Women’s outstanding care!! For me and my family!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
