Called looking for a new primary care dr. The woman on the phone was really rude and wanted insurance info before telling me if she could even get me in. Absolutely would not recommend, they do not talk to people with common decency here. I told them my boyfriend had a seizure the night before and was told they’re booking out 5 months and if I want something faster to go to urgent care.

Very Jr doctors with Very high prices. When I called my insurance company to ask why bloodwork was billing me at $150 per visit after insurance coverage they said the way they were billing was the reason and I should find a new place.

I made the poor decision of going to the Fast Care in Pembroke. Not only were the receptionists incredibly rude, I had to listen to the both of them talking to another employee about her ex for about 20 minutes. Just complaining about this guy, cursing and whining for 20 minutes in what was the most repulsive conversation I have had to sit through in years. Maybe save that stuff for break time. On top of that, they back-talked every patient who came in about the mask policy. In the end, they didn't help me with my illness at all and gave me a passive aggressive, "Hope you feel better!" on my way out.

Went here as a new patient. Booked a physical with the scheduling woman who confirmed with my new insurance I was eligible for. I get there and they tell me I dont need a physical I can just do a meet and greet. I'm like ok whatever. Then i get a bill for $540 for this 30 min meet and greet where I didnt even have to put a johnny on. Serious?? Went in for a free physical And get billed nearly $600. I don't know who they think they are but it's Pembroke..not Boston. And it was ME informing THEM my current medical history and medications. Didn't even have anything new to discuss. Tried disputing it and billing tells me its right. Uh try again. I'll fight this till the end of days and make sure EVERYONE knows what a theiving place this is.(and yes, I'm in network with them)
