I saw two drs. and they both said I had no vision problems. I went to dr. Kreigstine's and had an exam. They found several problems with my vision!

Visits take too long. We went on a Thursday at 1:45 and there was only 1 doctor on duty. There were at least 20 people in the waiting area. We have not seen the doctor yet and it is now 2:45. Not acceptable.

The worst eye doctors I have ever met! I went to about four different doctors there and non of them Ever explained anything! I could not see well because of cataracts which they all refused to give me surgery for! I went to a different clinic and he said ok surgery in two weeks! Also I heard everyone complaining about their new eye glasses purchased from there-I returned my second pair, that I couldn’t see out of and never went back.

I've been waiting for the doctor for two hours. So disrespect. All the employees are already leaving. I’ll never come back here again.

Pleasant experience. Called for a new patient appointment for myself and my partner. Person answering phone was pleasant and efficient. I received an appointment for one week after I called (due to a cancellation). My partner was scheduled for an appointment 2 months out. Waiting room was large and the chairs were Covid spaced. I arrived 5 minutes early and was called on time. Person conducting eye test was pleasant and thorough. They dilated my eyes and brought me back to the waiting room,( maybe 5 minutes). Saw Dr. Hsu. She completed the exam and answered my questions. I did not feel rushed. I scheduled an appointment for next year on the way out. There were 4 ladies working the front desk. they were helpful and pleasant. I'll be back next year. I will not be getting glasses through them as my insurance offers free glasses through another company ( can't beat free).

Don’t bother making an appointment you sit in the waiting room for 2 hours at the very least. Highly inefficient process to get a doctor to see you. I don’t understand how this place makes any money

very friendly doctors and help with picking glasses, but poor service from front desk all the time. they always tell me different information from whoever i spoke to last and just seem like they want me off the phone as soon as possible and don’t care if my needs are met

I received a card to make an appointment. I am left waiting to make an appointment. This has happened four different times, waiting waiting, today was know different. I am not going to call again! You can call me!
