I tend to get really anxious at ophthalmology appointments, but Dr. Rizkalla makes visits easy and painless. He has a great demeanor and is super kind and patient. He manages to get through appointments quickly while still being extremely thorough and without making you feel rushed. He projects an air of empathy and understanding. I’m very grateful to have found him and will continue to be a patient of his for many years to come.

My appointment went very well ... I met Dr Rizkalla for the first time and he was very cordial , knowledgeable, professional and thorough It was a good appointment. I have no hesitation to returning to him in the future

Had an eye exam here and he was very short with me throughout the process, failing to answer any of my questions. I stated I was going for a routine eye exam multiple times only to now find out he is billing as a regular office consult and stating I need to be seen for 6 additional visits after he told me my eyes looked great. Only cares about making a profit.

I have been visiting Dr. Rizkalla for 10 years for stanard eye care services, plus cataract surgery. I completely trust Dr. Rizkalla because of his proficiency and his willingness to explain procedures and outcomes. He takes the time! Thank you for taking good care of my eyes, Dr. Rizkalla

Very impatient doctor. He cut me off rudely as I described why I went to see him, he was more eager to teach me what is the 'right' reason to see doctor than to help me. Very unpleasant experience. Not recommend. If there is 0 star, I would not give 1.

He is rude, misogynistic, impatient, and cold. I have consistantly left his appointments upset. When I ask questions I always get a piercing response usually in a tone you would take with a toddler. If you dare challenge his opinion in hopes of finding a solution he will always respond vaguely and dismissively. If you have the unfortunate luck of being in his chair I’m sorry for you.

I was seen as a new patient for an urgent visit, without a scheduled appointment. As someone who had never had any previous eye problems, I was nervous not knowing what to expect. The staff was friendly overall. My exam with the doctor was thorough and he spent the time to explain things clearly. Quality and time spent one on one gave me a great deal of confidence. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Very grateful for Dr. Rizkalla's care and expertise.

Dr. Rizkalla brings the same level of skill, passion, and concern for his work that you might expect of a convict picking up trash on the side of the highway. If you want a very long wait to see a very bad doctor, make an appointment with Dr. Rizkalla.
