She was rude and condescending. I was deeply offended by the way she spoke to me. She treated me like a child! What the heck? Maybe she was having a bad day but so was I. I wasn’t rude or disrespectful to her like she was to me. I would Never refer anyone to her. She’s not nice. Very Unprofessional.

We are so happy with having Pepperell Family Practice in our town. The physicians, nurses, and urgent care doctors and staff were all wonderful and extremely knowledgeable and caring. They took time to learn our history, explore options and treatments, and offer sound advice. My entire family 55+ to 21 year olds love having Doctor Jennifer Dressel, and Dr. Brian Dressel as there primary care physician and switch to Pepperell Family Practice after their first visit.

My previous experience over the years with doctors has been that many tune you out once you've exceeded your 10 minutes, or they have already made decisions without listening to you. Dr Dressel took the time to hear me out, didn't rush me through my description of symptoms, and made the experience feel like a partnership.
