The doctors and nurses are great the people who answer the phones however suck they are rude and when they transfer your call it rings once then they hang up on you very unprofessional I hope the doctors and nurses know how they treat people on the phone

We waited 2-1/2 hours for the PA to spend 15 seconds with us (no exaggeration 15 seconds!) just to leave and have them call the antibiotic into a pharmacy that was closed when I clearly asked for a specific pharmacy that was still open. Maybe if he wasn’t in such a hurry he would have remembered or heard my answer when he asked what pharmacy.
