I had a very pleasant experience here. My appointment was for 9:30am and I was called in at that time. The provider came in soon after the medical assistant took my vitals. There was no waiting time and I was out of there in the 30 minutes that they had allowed for the visit. My provider was very thorough and kind! My doctor retired in January and this was the first time meeting Annamarie. I love her to take care of my health.
Not sure where a couple of these reviews are coming from but I find Dr. Bansal as one of the best doctors I've dealt with in my 61 years. Easy to talk to, very seldom have to wait more than 5 minutes, he's to the point and does whatever it takes to get to my issues. Thanks again Doc.
I have seen Dr. Wanda Torres and Dr. Claudia Hill. My experience with both of them has been stellar.
I've never left a review on a doctor before but I want to prevent others from having this experience. My primary care doctor (who I've been happily seeing for 19 years) wasn't available so I saw Dr. Arun Bansal for the first time this past week. He was rude and argumentative. He contradicted information I'd been given by other doctors. He came in with an opinion of me and didn't take the time to listen. He seemed to dislike being asked questions. I don't mind arrogance but his seemed grossly misplaced. I would not recommend him. I would wait for another doctor - no matter how long it took.
Always helpful
Posted hours online for Saturday do not match “actual” hours and not nice when told receptionist.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
