Tracy in the ER was amazing. My wife broke her wrist and we were in and out in 1:45, X-rays and diagnosis and a cast. She was a true pro.

The laboratory front desk clerk was very confrontational, as I continued to keep the same low pitched, polite tone. She claimed she didn’t understand what “I was trying to ask.” When, it was a statement I was making, involving clear directions. I wanted to laugh so bad, because after the fifth time saying it, the same exact way, she called me back over to get done what should’ve gotten done the first time. Lmao she tried to make me look retarded, when she ended up looking like it.. 😂😂… everyone turned out and looked at me with a smile afterwards because I didn’t lose my cool, and still got what I needed. What a test from God.🌼 I surely passed!

If you find yourself with a loved one hospitalized at bmc, PLEASE get them out. They will not do anything required to get them better, they'll sit around and complain about lack of staff until you're making funeral arrangements. The nurses are sweet, they can't do anything about this. Please stay safe

DONT ago to the ER they have a 7 hour wait time in the Emergency department Ridiculous!!!!! I have had good experiences and bad at this hospital like at other hospitals . It all depends on what doctor is there. I think the state needs to investigate these hospitals that get a lot of complaints and find out what doctors are the root of the problem and retest them because either the doctor cheated on his test or someone is taking bribes

Horrendous experience. I went to the ER for severe dehydration. I couldn’t keep fluids down at all, was lethargic, and in severe cramping and pain paired with chills. Not to mention I’m a type 1 diabetic. Sat in the waiting room for 3 hours. Asked the lady behind the glass for some ice chips and my blood sugar was nearing 250 and I’m already severely dehydrated. Lady said I could be seen by a nurse first and what the issue was when I had already expressed to her the issue. When I got frustrated and started walking away she started yelling “ma’am , ma’am I’m just trying to help you. Fine whatever” so I left. I refuse to go to this hospital unless I am sent my ambulance as they would rather admit the gentleman building paper airplanes across from me over a genuinely sick person
