Dr Smagalski Did a great job and made me feel very comfortable and supported! I got my wisdom teeth out and the nurses were so nice and helpful. They made sure to answer any questions and the doctor called later in the day to check and see how things were going. Overall great experience and wonderful team!

I needed a tooth pulled and these guys were amazing! They had an opening and got me in, in under a week and they were so professional. The doc made sure I was comfortable and felt no pain at all and the assistants were absolutely the best!!! If I could give more stars I would! If you need major work done this is the place to go... hell I was in and out the door faster than my haircuts 🤣

Explain to me how the same surgical practice can have two completely different policies regarding allowing parents in the room with their CHILD for the placement of the IV? I’ve had many friends who have come here and been allowed to stay with their child until sedation began to take effect- I was not allowed to even step foot in the room. If my kiddo wasn’t suffering from dental pain already (and desperate for the surgery) I would have walked her right out the door. I do have to say that her aftercare nurse, Nora, was fantastic. Kind, caring, took her time... If I could review just Nora I'd give her five stars.

Both of my daughters had their wisdom teeth removed at this office at different times and each time Dr. Smagalski did a fantastic job. His team also were knowledgeable and compassionate. Great job to the whole team. 😁

I wouldn't even give a star if I could this office once upon a time was a great office and respectful when you called but just called today and the receptionist was very rude and disrespectful would not recommend anymore. They need better receptionist there that has better customer service skills.

A huge thank you to Dr. Rothschild and your staff. My husband, Dennis Golinsky, had his oral surgery yesterday, March 1st. We were treated with nothing but kindness and respect from the time we first walked in for his initial visit to yesterday when we left. My husband surgery was quicker than I expected. I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Smagalski and his team last week. I would like to specifically give a shout out to Kiara who provided compassionate, thoughtful, and thorough care both before and after the procedure. She outlined the process and aftercare in a direct and detailed way while also being kind and attentive. Thank you!

My first experience in North Adams for my bottom wisdom teeth was terrible BUT this second time at the Pittsfield office to get my uppers removed with Dr. Holmgren was amazing. The staff was so kind and Dr. Holmgren sensed how anxious I was and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. The office kept calling to ask how I was doing and I am having a swift recovery so far. Sad that Dr. Holmgren is leaving the practice :(

Waited over 2 months for an appointment. Gave them all my insurance information when I scheduled. Made sure it was all set. The day before my appointment they call and inform me my insurance doesn't cover them and I have to pay up to $3000 to have a tooth removed.

Dr Smagalski was amazing hands down and his nurses were really nice and kind. He explains everything really. When you go for your pre op visit he explains everything really well and he is so kind and patient with you. When I went for my wisdom teeth surgery yesterday his nurses were really nice and kind and the were really good at answering my questions and explaining what was going to happen each step of the way and why Dr Smagalski came in he said good morning how are you and do you have any questions. I didn’t have any questions and then he explained everything to me as he was putting me under for surgery and then after words when I got woken up by one of the nurses it was a very smooth transition to the recovery area and then he came and talked to my mom and I but I don’t really remember that. The best part of it all was I got to take a picture with him because I wanted to. He is a very good surgeon and doctor and I would recommend him to anyone who needs oral surgery.
