Our visit with Dr. Dhingra was Excellent ! He is a no nonsense Doctor who speaks clearly in answering any and all of our concerns. He has proven to be a Doctor that clearly knows what and how to treat the patient with understanding compassion and results. He immediately knew exactly how to treat my husbands issue at the first exam. With a state of calm that still to date remains with us. Yes, He has helped my husband . Prior to meeting Dr. Dhingra my husband was treated by another E.N.T. specialist in the Boston area . Our experience was very draining . After many months of visits which included numerous tests . No determination was made to go forward on a positive path. We finally were blessed in meeting with Dr. Dhingra ! To date Jan. 2021 my husband is well ! Thank You Dr. Dhingra.

Great Experience Physician with Excellent Expertise and very thorough with All Information that is gone over with Medical Conditions.

First off, Dr Dhingra is great. Been his patient for like 3 years bc I have bad ear infections as an adult. Today, as I am at work, I realize a bad one is coming on. When I called the office, the 1st woman was nice and helpful and gave me an appnt for 7 days from now. Ok, I call back 2 hrs later and some other not nice, very rude/unhelpful woman told me that 'ear pain doesn't warrant a sick appnt'. WHAT?!  I drove to urgent care to be told i have bulging eardrums and was given a script for Augmentin.  Why do I have specialists if I don't 'qualify' to see them????

Having a hearing problem, saw a doctor at ENT he was fine. A Week later I called for help, I was suffering from dizziness and could have used some help. Spoke to an assistant who said I would be called back.  No one ever called me back. I have a hear test next week, I will get through that and see what happens.  If I am not happy, I will never go back

Unbelievable customer service.  Front staff friendly and appointments run on time.  Dr. Dagher is absolutely WONDERFUL with children and takes the time to explain everything to you and answer any questions.  Can't say enough great things!

Wow!  I have the same complaint! The secretary who answered the phone at the 781-769-8910 number was the absolute rudest secretary.  I had a very serious issue and a recommendation from an ER doctor from the night before for my daughter who wanted my daughter to be seen that day.  After she checked with a medical secretary (yes an assistant) she decided my daughter could be not be seen that day.  She was condescending and I called her out on her attitude and told her I did not like the way she was speaking to me.  She hung up on me after I waited so long.  I can't believe she has a job to be honest.  I noticed that the staff at the Plainville office is very rude and condescending to patients too.  Ughh why are they not fired and more pleasant and competent people hired?  I won't be going back there ever again.

Worst experience with medical "professionals" EVER! I don't believe the Dr. Dagher could not have had any worse bedside manner! The receptionists weren't very pleasant either! Never going there again! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND this place to anyone!

Dr. Dhingra was quick, to the point and diagnosed my condition properly. I was impressed with his knowledge and glad to be in & out so quickly. Very nice doctor.

I agree with other posts that the reception staff could be better and they hopefully will become better in tune with the doctor's work flow (always seems they are behind schedule), but in all honesty.... I'm more concerned with the doctors than impolite front staff.  My son used to see Dr. Noah Siegel, who I thought was fantastic.  Unfortunately, he was snatched up by Mass Eye & Ear and no longer with the practice.  We now see his replacement Dr. Tiffany Hron, who so far, we like.

Do not go here.  I was referred to these guys, and I went in on my set appointment.  They handed me the new patient paperwork, and before I could complete it, I was ushered into the exam room.  As I'm waiting on the doctor, I continue filling out the paperwork.  He came in the room before I was done, and examined me for about a minute and half, then rushed me back out to the main waiting room.  I had to complete the new patient paperwork after my appointment.  I was then told that I would hear from them in 2 weeks and that if I did not hear back in that time frame I should call them.  On the Monday of week 3, I called.  They told me that these schedulings (I'm awaiting septoplasty) generally take 3 weeks.  Ok.  I figure...easy mistake.  I heard nothing in week 3.  I heard nothing in week 4.  I called today, beginning of week 5, explained my situation, was put on hold for 2 minutes, then sent to the same voice mail upon which I had already left 2 messages.So, in total...1 message with scheduler after week 21 message with scheduler after week 3My doctor left a 3rd messageI called today and was sent to the voice mail to leave a 4th message.  I told them to cancel anything associated with me and that I would be going to another doctor for services.
