I had to switch primary care offices and this has been the best experience by far! The nurses were so attentive and helpful and Shannon was super sweet and addressed all my concerns right away. Thank you!!

I'm sorry you're too busy accepting new patients when I've been your patient about 6 yrs. I called to follow up with my Dr. I had to go to urgent care Saturday. My right shoulder is in pain. I just wanted to see my Dr. So they can order an MRI. The receptionist says they're booked until September 14th. We'll that's not going to help me resolve my shoulder issue- is it?I don't feel I should spend $100 in the ER just to get an MRI. I am so disappointed on how they treated me. Their regular patient bc they are too busy taking in New ones.
