Terrible call system, rude and make you Jim through hoops and do a dog and pony show

Have had good experience on the dental side. Though because they only book out 2 weeks at a time they have no appointments available. And i have to call in weekly waiting over 30 min each time (while working) just to see if I can make an appointment, ridiculous. Medical side never called me to go over bloodwork and again have to wait over 30 min just to ask for the dr to review something that should have been done over a month ago. Nice people but very poorly managed.

I was told to expect a call to schedule a physical appointment the following week after a phone appointment. The call never came so I called in. I was told I should not expect to be seen until summer 2022 at the soonest. When I asked what I was supposed to do for care until then I was told to go to the hospital. The hospital is going to tell me to go to my primary so that makes no sense at all. You go to the hospital when you are in crisis. Why was I not told this at the first appointment? It shouldn't be this hard.

I would only use harbor medical as a last resort seems like these people got their qualifications out of a cracker jack box speaking and trying to communicate with several of the staff is about as painful as getting a root canal without Novocain

If you want to wait on hold for 20 minutes only to speak to someone who doesn’t speak English and will disconnect your call. If you also want to wait 10 days for a prescription then this is the place for you! Avoid avoid avoid!!!!! Go to another place and run as fast as you can away from these medical hacks! Read the awful reviews about this place they speak the truth.

They make you schedule multiple appointments just to get a teeth cleaning.

If you want your time respected, this isn't the place to go. Typical wait for the dentist is an hour, typical wait time for the nurse practitioner is 90 minutes - I've spent two hours. After 6-7 visits, it's obviously not an occasional circumstance, it's how they do business. People that work there are nice enough, but they do not value your time. nurse practitioner was decent. she knew her stuff, was attentive, but distracted by her workload.

They have extremely long wait times, which isn’t ideal when you’re dealing with your physical or mental health. We tried booking a dental appointment after waiting 48 minutes on the phone, only for them to tell us they have no available appointments for the foreseeable future. They gave us very little guidance while knowing we were dealing with a dental emergency. We will not be going back here.
