No personality evident at all. Received a cold, noncommittal look when presented with options off the cuff. No advice provided whatsoever. Should have taken an x-ray before blindly injecting cortisone, which, after advised would take 4 to 7 days to take effect, had no effect 10 days after the fact. (For what it's worth, TAKE X-RAYS FIRST!) Will not return to this provider, who insinuates herself as being an expert. I beg to differ.
