11/3 Didn’t wait long to be seen— I definitely want to compliment Cameron the technician - so nice and accommodating - Explaining everything. He’s an asset to OCB for sure! Dr Hu is excellent Dr! He did my Dsek surgery (corneal transplant) a few yrs back and I still see so clearly out of the eye! I’m so happy! 5 stars!

This Eye Center is known for turning Patients away that cannot wear a face mask for medical reasons, even after they were shown a doctor's note, and actually began the medical procedure, then turning them away.

My 94 year old Mom was having vision issues in October 2021. Got an appointment 2 weeks out and then storm, no power appointment canceled. Finally get through on the phone, next appointment January 7 even though it was not just a check up appointment. I said to girl on phone but this is an emergency, sorry best I can do. So now she does have vision loss. Not sure if delay made a difference and they aren't going to say. Mine you she is deaf so loosing her sight is not good.

I was seen immediately for an eye concern. Dr Bush was informative and very pleasant. I was then scheduled to see Dr Reed the following morning. I had a complete exam and then sent over to the Laser Department for treatment. Dr Reed was wonderful! I received the laser treatment quickly. I’m extremely happy I chose OCB Plymouth

Lousy phone system. Trying to cancel an appt to free it up for someone else but I refuse to be on hold for over 20 minutes without anyone picking up. Very frustrating. Plymouth location.

Would be 5star if it wasn't for your phone system. I've been on hold for over an hour trying to speak with someone for administrative purposes. Never had this issue before the merger.

My 75 year old mother went in for eye surgery, for cataract, they never gave her information sheet on what to do post-op . No one does their jobs anymore, they just want the money !!!

Your Boston, Sandwich and Yarmouth offices are excellent and professional . Your Plymouth office continues to be a discrace to your overall practice. I went in to ensure I did not have an emergency in an eye with severe glaucoma. When it was learned that I was not from that office I was made to wait for over 2 hours even though I was told twice the Dr was available in 15 minutes. When finally seen, the experience was cold, arrogant, unprofessional. There is a reason people chose Not to go to that office prior to it being OCB. The staff was very nice. You need to replace the Dr with an OCB caliber physician.
