Awful awful place. I got hurt at work and had to be seen by these people. When I called with the referral information for Workmans comp they said they needed little more info, but turns out they already had the info income from Workmans comp and didn’t inform me until I called again with the info to make an appointment. I finally got the appointment and they had to cancel because apparently they scheduled me on a day that the doctor wasn’t even in, they waited 4 days to tell me that on a Friday at their closing time. Then I finally made the appointment and went a whole month after the injury because of this mess and I get a rushed appointment. Any time I tried to explain anything to the doctor I was cut off. He would ask where the problem is, I start to show him and I get cut off, then he rushes me out and tries telling me that there’s nothing wrong. I haven’t been able to walk for a month and I’m in excruciating pain. So I called to change doctors, and they said no. So now I’m going to a different office completely. A big waste of time, very unoriginal, rude on the phone, and condescending.

I used to have dr. Ron ever ham he was absolutely amazing now that he is no longer there I am now I was going to have dr. Brett teran first appointment we'll see how it goes if I like the doctor

This place is top notch ~ I’ve never seen a drs office run this smooth!! I saw the hand specialist. From the first phone call to the nurses, drs, liazons, just super friendly…on time…wonderful service!!! I wish they could be my go to dr for everything!!! Really you guys do an amazing job thank you for being there!!!

My wife went here for help with back issues, mostly for L5-S1 ruptured disk. In general we feel like her concerns are not being addressed by the doctor there. We provided an MRI from 2019 which showed the ruptured disk and he said that it didn't look like a ruptured disk and also that he doesn't read notes from other doctors. Overall not getting great support so don't know if we will be back Edit: quote from Orthopedic Surgeon which we are now going to when we showed him the MRI "Is he (Dr at Plymouth Bay) blind?"

PBO saved my tennis life!!! They are friendly, efficient, and I got great results! Couldn’t lift my coffee cup with that arm. Now, after a shoulder replacement, I am once again playing tennis, pickle ball, picking up my beautiful grandson and drinking coffee with zero pain! Thank you!!!
