If I could select a negative 10, I would. Tested positive for covid three days ago. I tried calling all day Monday and again today on Tuesday. Not a single phone call has been answered "Wait for the next client services" is all I get in a continuous cycle. All I need is a prescription! Worst place ever. Off to find a new health care provider. Stay away from this place!!!!

I deal with a monthly prescription. Every month they find a way to lose my request just hours after I call it in. This place is so unreliable on this that I've seriously considered other options yet there isn't any. Kinda sick of this half asked monopoly of doctors that don't really want to work. HOW HARD IS IT TO GO TO YOUR COMPUTER TWICE A DAY TO APPROVE REQUESTS? honestly they want you to show up 15 minutes early to an appointment they're gunna make you wait 30 minutes for.

I was so impressed with the staff and service I received this morning at Provincetown Health Center. Every single person I interacted with was kind and friendly, and I was in and out quickly. I, seriously, could not have had a better experience.Thank you to everyone!

Quality of care is poor. Staff encountered are not even average in terms of knowledge or capability. That said, Cape Cod has a major problem with attracting quality young physicians due to high cost of living.

They were closed, but we were late also, but I’m sure they would have been comforting, went to the cvs , the pharmacist gave us mercy. Isle 8Needed Sunburn comfort..

This is a one-of-a-kind place where you can be treated kind like all the stuff the doctors are wonderful sometimes it's a little bit of a wait but it's worth it once you get to see the doctor cuz they take their time with you
