I've been going to Adcare for probably 5 years now and the quality of service that I have received has been exceptional.The director John does a great job from the front desk to the therapist's there is never any judgment which to me is a big deal to me and they take good care of you.They have some really good people they're. The Therapist's that I have dealt with have been nothing but outstanding! I feel very fortunate to have found them.So if you're down and out and. need help or you just need fine-tuning that's the place you want to be. I've never once had an issue with my paperwork either, they helped me figure out all my forms. For me personally I'm grateful, everyday is just a little bit better and I can work with that.

The people are ABSOLUTELY great, however, their record keeping system is absolutely atrocious. If you keep on top of them, keep your own copies of the records, you’re golden, if not good luck. But I would recommend them.

If you actually want sobriety, this place will work for you, but if you’re only coming here because your probation officer told you to come here or your court ordered to do so and you’re only forced to come here, then this place might not be for you. But throughout my experience here has been amazing and absolutely lifeAltering ways, ways I never thought that would be possible. The clinicians also help me when I was at my lowest and I got a lot out of the intensive outpatient, IOP program here and I highly recommend this place if you’re sober and you Want to strengthen your recovery! Arthur is amazing, I recommend choosing him as a clinician 150% and More, has given me so many tools to help me in my recovery and I am so happy that they have places like this. I’m also especially very lucky to live in Massachusetts because in other states they don’t have places like this or MassHealth to cover places like this, so I’m grateful that I even have the opportunity to be a part of the adcare family.

From the director John to Francis and Warren at their front desk they always treat you with respect.They have some outstanding people there that can help with a group or one one counseling.I've seen a lot of success there. I have to give my therapist (Laura) credit for keeping me on the right side of the grass.

Amazing place! I don't know where I would be if Arthur didn't run the best night time IOP I have ever been to. His experience with addiction superseeds anyone I have ever dealt with in this field. Don't come here unless you are ready to be completely honest and to be called out if others think you are not being forthright. Night IOP is a bunch of "misfits" that are the most kind, loving,caring, non judgemental group I have ever been in.We care, they care, so don't come unless you are ready to care.
